Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale washed torn and spun
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • ¼ red onion sliced
  • 1 granny smith apple chopped
  • 1-2 lemons juiced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vnegar

Instructions

  • Combine Everything into a large ziploc bag and marinate overnight. The Kale will turn a beautiful color from the lemon juice.
