- 1 bunch of kale washed torn and spun
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- ¼ red onion sliced
- 1 granny smith apple chopped
- 1-2 lemons juiced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup oil
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vnegar
Instructions
- Combine Everything into a large ziploc bag and marinate overnight. The Kale will turn a beautiful color from the lemon juice.
