- 1 can corn drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 red pepper roasted and chopped
- 1 jalapeño chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 limes juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- Prep all ingredients and mix together in a bowl.
- Chill in refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
