Ingredients
- 2-3 beets peeled and cut into quarters
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Take beets and coat with coconut oil add onto a sheet tray and roast in oven the night before until cook all the way through.
- In a blender add your beets, liquids, and frozen banana and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
