Ingredients

  • 2-3 beets peeled and cut into quarters
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  • Take beets and coat with coconut oil add onto a sheet tray and roast in oven the night before until cook all the way through.
  • In a blender add your beets, liquids, and frozen banana and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
