- 1 pound Brussels sprouts ends cut off and sliced in half
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 3 tbsp parsley Finley chopped
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp parsley
- In a bowl mix together all ingredients and then place on a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven at 375 for 30 minutes or until cooked. Serve as a side dish to any meal. Enjoy!
