- Cutting Board
- 2 lbs ground lamb
- 3 Tbsp parsley chopped, finely
- 3 Tbsp cilantro chopped, finely
- 3 Tbsp mint chopped, finely
- 1 medium onion grated
- 4-6 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- In a bowl mix together all ingredients until well incorporated.
- Either make oblong sausage like shape balls or , or add your meat mixture around a skewer.
- Place on heated grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until meat gets nice coloring all around.
- Serve with some tzatziki sauce, hummus and rice. Or a nice herb salad.
