Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp mirin
  • 3 stalks green onions chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 4 Tbsp kimchi chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together all ingredients except for the tofu.
  • Place tofu on a hot safe plate and pour over sauce mixture.
  • Add plate to a steam basket, and steam for 10-20 minutes until hot.
  • Serve with hot rice and enjoy!
