- 1 block firm tofu
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp mirin
- 3 stalks green onions chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 4 Tbsp kimchi chopped
In a bowl mix together all ingredients except for the tofu.
Place tofu on a hot safe plate and pour over sauce mixture.
Add plate to a steam basket, and steam for 10-20 minutes until hot.
Serve with hot rice and enjoy!
