Ingredients

  • 2 cups salmon about 30 oz
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 stalks green onions chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 of a lemon juice

Instructions

  • In bowl mix together all ingredients until well combined.
  • Shape into patties and place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes.
