Ingredients
- 2 cups salmon about 30 oz
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 3 stalks green onions chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 of a lemon juice
Instructions
- In bowl mix together all ingredients until well combined.
- Shape into patties and place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes.
