Ingredients

  • 4 cups bell peppers mini tops removed and deseeded
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together everything and then lay out on a sheet tray.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake peppers for 25-30 minutes. Serve as a yummy side dish. Or chop up and add to salads.
