Ingredients
- 4 cups bell peppers mini tops removed and deseeded
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together everything and then lay out on a sheet tray.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake peppers for 25-30 minutes. Serve as a yummy side dish. Or chop up and add to salads.
