Ingredients

  • 8 ears corn
  • 1 stick butter soften
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Grill corn on the cob until cooked.
  • While corn is grilling in a bowl mix together the remaining ingredients until well incorporated.
  • Once you take corn off the grill take a spoon or brush and add butter on top of hot corn.
  • Serve and enjoy!
