Ingredients
- 8 ears corn
- 1 stick butter soften
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Grill corn on the cob until cooked.
- While corn is grilling in a bowl mix together the remaining ingredients until well incorporated.
- Once you take corn off the grill take a spoon or brush and add butter on top of hot corn.
- Serve and enjoy!
