- 1 bag frozen berries blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.
- 2 Tbsp honey
- pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon optional
- In pot add all ingredients and cook over medium high heat, stirring frequently. Cook for about 20-30 minutes until berries become a thick mush jam constancy. Serve hot with pancakes, waffles, porridge, oatmeal, or cool in the fridge and eat on toast.
