Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef browned
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup kidney beans
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 3 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 cup broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 Tbsp paprika power
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 Tbsp coriander

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef, onions, garlic in a pot, add tomato paste and spices/seasoning.
  • Deglaze with red wine and broth, add tomato sauce and cook for about 30 minutes.
  • Add corn and kidney beans. Season again and cook for another 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
