  • 1 block tofu cubed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • In a small bowl mix together all spices.
  • In another bowl mix together tofu, oil, and spice mixture.
  • Place tofu on sheet pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Add on top of salads, soups, rice and veggie dishes, or just eat plain.
