Ingredients
- 1 block tofu cubed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix together all spices.
- In another bowl mix together tofu, oil, and spice mixture.
- Place tofu on sheet pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add on top of salads, soups, rice and veggie dishes, or just eat plain.
