Ingredients
- 2 seedless cucumbers chopped into 1 inch bites
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tsp cane sugar
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 small red onion sliced
- 2-4 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- a small handful of chopped cilantro optional
- 2 tsp chili oil optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving. Serve as a side dish.
