Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef browned
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup kidney beans
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 cup broth
- salt
- pepper
- 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp chilli powder
- 1 Tbsp paprika power
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp coriander
Instructions
- Brown ground beef, onions, garlic in a pot, add tomato paste and spices/seasoning.
- Deglaze with red wine and broth, add tomato sauce and cook for about 30 minutes.
- Add corn and kidney beans. Season again and cook for another 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
