Ingredients

  • 4-5 cups broccoli chopped
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3-4 Tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup red onions diced
  • 1/3 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pépites

Instructions

  • In a bowl whisk together olive oil, mayo, apple cider vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, garlic, and salt.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl with the dressing and mix well. Set in the fridge for one hour before serving.
  • Eat and enjoy!!
