Ingredients
- 4-5 cups broccoli chopped
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3-4 Tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup red onions diced
- 1/3 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup carrots shredded
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pépites
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk together olive oil, mayo, apple cider vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, garlic, and salt.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl with the dressing and mix well. Set in the fridge for one hour before serving.
