  • Sheet tray liner or parchment paper

Adjust Servings


  • Fresh Salmon
  • Mixed Frozen/ Fresh Veggies of your choice
  • 1 cup Brown Rice cooked ( or any other grain)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • juice of half a lemon


  • In a pot cook rice according to package.
  • On a sheet tray lay out your salmon and veggies around salmon. Sprinkle all seasoning over top salmon and veggies.
  • Bake in a oven preheated to 385 and cook for 30 minutes, or until desired doneness. serve salmon and veggies in a bowl with the rice and enjoy!
