Ingredients

  • 3 cups Brussels sprouts cut in half and ends cut off
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp onion granules
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 3 Tbsp parmigiana cheese

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together everything except for the cheese. Lay out on a sheet pan face side down. And cook in a preheated oven of 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes remove and toss on top the cheese and mix well. Put back into oven and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve as a yummy side dish to any meal.
