Ingredients
- 3 cups Brussels sprouts cut in half and ends cut off
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp parsley
- 3 Tbsp parmigiana cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together everything except for the cheese. Lay out on a sheet pan face side down. And cook in a preheated oven of 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes remove and toss on top the cheese and mix well. Put back into oven and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
- Serve as a yummy side dish to any meal.
