- Cutting Board
- 3 small-medium avocados peeled and pit removed and chopped
- 1 medium mango peeled and pit removed and chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro rough chopped
- 1-2 Tbsp lime juice
- salt to taste
- In a bowl mix all ingredients together. Let sit in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Serve chilled with chips or as a topping to a hot meal or a leafy green salad. Or eat by one’s self.
