Ingredients

  • 1 jar tomato sauce of choice
  • 1 box broth of choice
  • 1/2 -1 cup cottage cheese blended
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup green beans chopped
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4-6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup TVP (textured vegetable protien) optional
  • 1/2 bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cups pasta your choice, lasagna sheets, elbow, gluten free, ect.

Instructions

  • In a pot sautée the vegetables until onions become translucent. Add the tvp and spices and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add in tomaoto sauce, broth, and cottage cheese. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add in your pasta and simmer until noodles are cooked to your liking. Stir in your cheese until melted. Serve and enjoy!
