Ingredients
- 1 jar tomato sauce of choice
- 1 box broth of choice
- 1/2 -1 cup cottage cheese blended
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green beans chopped
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 onion chopped
- 4-6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup TVP (textured vegetable protien) optional
- 1/2 bell pepper chopped
- 2 cups pasta your choice, lasagna sheets, elbow, gluten free, ect.
Instructions
- In a pot sautée the vegetables until onions become translucent. Add the tvp and spices and saute for 1 minute.
- Add in tomaoto sauce, broth, and cottage cheese. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add in your pasta and simmer until noodles are cooked to your liking. Stir in your cheese until melted. Serve and enjoy!
