Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast seasoned, grilled, chopped up
- 4 eggs hard boiled, peeled
- 6-8 cups leafy greens
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 small cucumber diced
- 6 strips bacon cooked, chopped
- 1/4 red onions minced
- 1 cup cherry tomaotes quartered
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup cheese of choice
Instructions
- In bowl combined 1 tsp olive oil 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Add chicken breast and coat. Cook chicken all the way and chop up into cubes.
- In bowl whisked together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, and salt and pepper.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix. Serve and enjoy!
