- 1/4 red onion sliced

Creamy Lemon Dressing
- 1/4 can chickpeas drained
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 clove garlic
- pinch salt to taste
- pinch black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- splash apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Prep all salad ingredients and place into a bowl.
- In a food processor add all salad dressing ingredients and blend until smooth.
