- 1 cup mango frozen
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- water
Instructions
- In a blender add your shredded carrots, mango, ginger, orange juice, almond milk, and hemp seeds. Top with water to cover. Blend on high until nice and smooth. Serve and enjoy!
