Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice from 1 small lime
- 1/2 cup chopped kale packed
- 1/2 cup frozen Tropical Fruit Mix or any Fruit would do
- 1/2 ripe banana frozen
- 2 inches fresh ginger peeled and chopped
- OPTIONAL ADD-INS:
- plant-based vanilla protein powder
- greens powder of your choice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coconut water, non-dairy milk, lime juice, kale, pineapple, banana, and ginger. Blend on high until totally smooth. Enjoy immediately!
