Ingredients
- Fresh Salmon
- Mixed Frozen/ Fresh Veggies of your choice
- 1 cup Brown Rice cooked ( or any other grain)
- Salt and pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 Tbsp honey
- juice of half a lemon
Instructions
- In a pot cook rice according to package.
- On a sheet tray lay out your salmon and veggies around salmon. Sprinkle all seasoning over top salmon and veggies.
- Bake in a oven preheated to 385 and cook for 30 minutes, or until desired doneness. serve salmon and veggies in a bowl with the rice and enjoy!
