Ingredients
- 1 lbs shrimp peeled, deveined and raw
- 2 small heads broccoli chopped up
- 1 Tbsp ginger minced
- 2 Tbsp garlic minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk together ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper.
- In a skillet on medium high heat add oil and sauté broccoli for about 5 minutes. Add shrimp and sauce and sauté until sauce has thickened and shrimp is cooked throughly. Serve with rice and enjoy.
