- 1 medium watermelon cubed
- 1/4 cup mint sliced
- 1/4 cup feta crumpled
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- pepper to taste
- oregano to taste
Place watermelon, mint, and feta in a bowl.
Whisk together oil, lime juice, pepper, and oregano and pour on top of the watermelon, mint and feta. Mix and enjoy.
