Ingredients

  • 2 cups yellow Korean pickled daikon radish can find recipe in the blog
  • 3 Tbsp green onions
  • 1/2 Tbsp Korean red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds.
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic minced

Instructions

  • Rinse off pickled daikon and pat dry.
  • In bowl add dried off daikon and the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  • Refrigerate over night and serve along side and Asian or more specifically Korean inspired dish to elevate it.
