Ingredients
- 2 green mangos sliced
- 1/2 medium red onion sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium carrot matchsticks
- 3-4 stalks green onion chopped
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 Tbsp fried shallots
- 1 Tbsp fried garlic
- 3 Tbsp fish sauce
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, avocado oil, sesame oil, and honey.
- In a large bowl add the rest of the ingredients including the sauce you made and toss all ingredients. Let rest in the fridge for 10 minutes to let flavors marinade together. Then serve.
