Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 jalapeño sliced
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup carrots thinly sliced
- 1 cup TVP ( textured vegetable protein) rehydrated can replace with tofu or mushrooms
Optional Ingredients
- sesame seeds
- green onions sliced
Instructions
- In a hot skillet toss all ingredients in and stir until cooked and sauce has thickened. Serve with rice and top with sesame seeds and green onions.
