Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
- 1/2 cup wheat germ omit for gluten free
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts chopped
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground Cardamom
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup dried fruit raisins, cherries, mangoes, apricots, cranberries, dates to name a few
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together well.
- Store in an airtight container. (Lasts 2 months stored at room temperature.)
- Serve with nut milk and fresh fruit.
