Ingredients
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup honey (local)
- 1 cup mint leaves (fresh)
- 7 cups cold water
- ice
- 1 lemon sliced
Instructions
- In a pan heat up 2 cups of water. Add honey and stir until dissolved.
- Take off heat and add mint leaves and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Take out leaves and add remaining water and lemon juice.
- Pour into a pitcher with ice. And add sliced lemons.
- Serve and enjoy a refreshing drink.
