Ingredients
- 2 cups rice uncooked
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup frozen mix vegetables
- 1 Tbsp ginger minced
- 1 Tbsp garlic minced
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp butter
Instructions
- In a pot add rice and water and bring to a boil. Once boiling lower heat to about low and let cook for 20 minutes. When rice is cooked put in fridge and let cool for 2 to 24 hours.
- When rice is cold heat up skillet on high heat and add butter and frozen vegetables. When vegetables are heated though push to the side and add a bit more butter and scramble two eggs. Mix eggs and vegetables together.
- Add ginger and garlic and stir for two minutes. Add rice, white pepper, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce to vegetables and cook until well incorporated. Serve and enjoy!
