Ingredients
- 12 falafels
- 1/2 cup hummus your favorite
- 2 cups quinoa cooked according to instruction
- 2 cups leafy greens
- 1/2 cup tomatoes sliced
- 1/2 cup cucumber sliced
- 1/2 cup Yogurt or tzatziki sauce
- 1 orange Peeled and sliced
- 1 avocado sliced
Instructions
- Layer all ingredients into either one large bowl or individuel bowls. Quinoa on the bottom, then leafy greens, the top that with your falafels, hummus, yogurt, tomatoes, cucumbers, oranges, and avocados.
- Serve and enjoy.
