Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 jalapeño sliced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup carrots thinly sliced
  • 1 cup TVP ( textured vegetable protein) rehydrated can replace with tofu or mushrooms

Optional Ingredients

  • sesame seeds
  • green onions sliced

Instructions

  • In a hot skillet toss all ingredients in and stir until cooked and sauce has thickened. Serve with rice and top with sesame seeds and green onions.
