Instructions
In a bowl whisk together all peanut dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Prepare udon noodles according to package. Prepare all your vegetables. If using shrimp cook shrimp and let cool.
Mix together everything (udon noodles, vegetables, shrimp, peanuts, and peanut sauce) in a bowl. Serve and enjoy!
