In a small bowl mix together all the fajitas spice ingredients.
In a bowl add your deveined shrimp and coat with olive oil and some of the fajita spice mixture. Set aside and let marinate while you prep the rest of the ingredients.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add oil. Once hot, sear your shrimp about a minute on each side or until they are cooked. Once the shrimp are cooked, take them out of the pan and set them aside.
In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers, onions, minced garlic, and a little bit of the fajita spice mixtures. Sauté until the onions have become translucent.
Add the cooked shrimp back into the pan with the peppers and onions and turn off the heat. Add lime juice on top of the shrimp, peppers, and onions.
In a bowl, layer all the remaining ingredients including your onions, peppers and shrimp. Serve and enjoy
