Ingredients

  • 4 cups brussels sprouts Cleaned and slice in half
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • In a bowl toss all ingredients together. Dump out on to a sheet tray and put into a preheat oven of 400 for about 30 minutes. Or until sprouts are looking nice a crispy and have a beautiful golden colour on them. Serve as a side dish with any meal and enjoy!
