Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. On a lined sheet tray add tomaotes, feta, olive oil, pepper, and basil and roast for 35-45 minutes.
Heat balsamic and brown sugar in sauce pan until reduced by half.
Pull out of oven and transfer tomaotes and feta into a serving dish. Then drizzle balsamic reduction over tomaotes and feta. Serve and enjoy
