Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews soaked
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 Tbsp Ranch mix
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Ranch Mix

  • 2 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tbsp dried chives
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all spices to a small jar and mix
  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Transfer to a bowl and serve. Enjoy!
