- 1 lb ground beef browned
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup kidney beans
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 cup broth
- salt
- pepper
- 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp chilli powder
- 1 Tbsp paprika power
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp coriander
Brown ground beef, onions, garlic in a pot, add tomato paste and spices/seasoning.
Deglaze with red wine and broth, add tomato sauce and cook for about 30 minutes.
Add corn and kidney beans. Season again and cook for another 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
