Ingredients

  • 1 lbs shrimp peeled, deveined and raw
  • 2 small heads broccoli chopped up
  • 1 Tbsp ginger minced
  • 2 Tbsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl whisk together ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet on medium high heat add oil and sauté broccoli for about 5 minutes. Add shrimp and sauce and sauté until sauce has thickened and shrimp is cooked throughly. Serve with rice and enjoy.
