Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast seasoned, grilled, chopped up
  • 4 eggs hard boiled, peeled
  • 6-8 cups leafy greens
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 small cucumber diced
  • 6 strips bacon cooked, chopped
  • 1/4 red onions minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomaotes quartered
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup cheese of choice

Instructions

  • In bowl combined 1 tsp olive oil 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Add chicken breast and coat. Cook chicken all the way and chop up into cubes.
  • In bowl whisked together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, and salt and pepper.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix. Serve and enjoy!
