Ingredients

  • 1 medium watermelon cubed
  • 1/4 cup mint sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta crumpled
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • pepper to taste
  • oregano to taste

Instructions

  • Place watermelon, mint, and feta in a bowl.
  • Whisk together oil, lime juice, pepper, and oregano and pour on top of the watermelon, mint and feta. Mix and enjoy.
